Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Celaus’ Children’s Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of children’s clothing and hygiene standards, all sales are final, unless otherwise stated.

Exchanges (If Applicable)
Exchanges may be considered only for sizing issues on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

❌ Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
